AB 43 is Reducing Unsafe Speed Limits in Oakland and Beyond
CaCTI-sponsored legislation signed into law in 2021, AB 43 (Friedman), is helping cities like Oakland reduce speed limits on major streets, increasing the safety of bikers and pedestrians while preventing deadly car collisions.
