CaCTI is a California-based 501(c)(4) nonprofit social welfare organization whose Board of Directors is comprised of the transportation department directors and transportation agency heads from California's largest cities. We collaborate in the pursuit of and  to educate decision-makers about the need for progressive urban transportation policy and traffic safety reform at all levels.
